Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 22slot ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 22slot website located at https://22slot.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the 22slot website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use the 22slot platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing online gambling and casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 22slot or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 22slot platform or any affiliated platform.

22slot reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 22slot may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of 22slot Services, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) 22slot account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to notify 22slot immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• 22slot will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
• Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or a third party — is your sole responsibility.
• 22slot reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, subject to applicable law.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 22slot platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 22slot supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 22slot's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 22slot wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one (1) business day. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 22slot does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. 22slot will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.

• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• 22slot reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your 22slot wallet. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
• 22slot is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or Philippine public holidays.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

22slot offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion may be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• 22slot reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

Section 6

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 22slot platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server-side result, the server-side result shall be deemed authoritative.

22slot uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all virtual games. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment under multiple HD camera feeds. Game outcomes are determined solely by chance and are not influenced by 22slot, its employees, or any third party.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, 22slot reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund wagers to player wallets.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• 22slot reserves the right to void any bet that it reasonably believes was placed in error, as a result of a technical fault, or in violation of these Terms.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22slot platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 22slot staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 22slot platform.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content on the 22slot platform — including but not limited to the 22slot name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 22slot or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of 22slot's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

Section 9

Privacy & Data

22slot collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

22slot implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and 22slot cannot guarantee absolute security.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 22slot, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

22slot's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 22slot account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 22slot makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

Section 11

Suspension & Termination

22slot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 22slot customer support. Upon closure, any withdrawable balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and wagering obligations.

• Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms may have their balances forfeited.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee as disclosed in the fee schedule.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

Section 12

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 22slot to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
